Jack Saloon Dix30: Quebec’s Champion of Southern Cuisine

Can you believe that Jack Saloon in Dix30 is in its fifth year? Yup, time flies when the food is awesome and the atmosphere is “off the chain”. Jack Saloon opened its doors in the South Shore in August 2013, after unprecedented success in Quebec City. Since its opening, JS Dix30 has become one of the hottest spots for people living in the South Shore, Montérégie, and Montreal.

So what makes Jack Saloon so popular? Well, it can be summed up in a few words: a warm atmosphere, festive bar, premium food, classic rock music, and live shows. The JS Dix30 has the feel and look of a pub, resto bar, and club all at once. With Chef Dave “Struggle” Boudreau in the kitchen, patrons can experience hardwood flavor in steaks, charcoal cooking, and smoking. The menu is inspired by various influences from Texas, New Orleans, Mexico, Argentina, France, and Quebec. He also combines his own assortment of flavors, presented in original bowls and roasted wood planks. After so much success in Quebec City, Trois-Rivières, Sainte-Foy, St-Georges-de-Beauce, and Quartier Dix30, you can expect a 6th branch! Details coming soon.
